Alfa 33 Front Struts

Hi All, Does anyone have a pair of front struts for an Alfa 33 please. Really just need the basic tubes, not worried if springs/pans/pan bearings/shocks are knackered as they'll be going to Leda to have some of their racing inserts and adjustable spring pans fitted. Let me know what's available plea...

Re: 75 3 litre parts please

Doing quite well so far, got sump and bell housing but still need a prop. Suspension: RSR in Germany do some up graded parts for the rear and the castor control rods at the front so they'll do and for the upper arms and other bits it appears that Chris Snowden does a kit that replicates the SZ. Prob...

Hi All, Update: Looks like I have a sump so that's ticked off so still need prop and bell housing . I have a big brake kit - 4 pot calipers front and rear and vented disks so should be good there. Even got some Ferrari 5 spoke 16 inch rims to fit over them! Chris Snowden does a suspension kit that i...

Alfa 75 Twin Spark LE

All, I thought I would update this. My 75 is going in for a big service and MOT with Jamie Porter on Wednesday so that it can be ready for a new owner. I've spent the past couple of weeks using this car and it really is a good one and drives really nicely with taut suspension and a great engine and ...

Great discussion guys - watched programme on Saturday and pretty much agree with what's been said here already. There is a cynic in me who thinks that possibly - and I'm not in any way accusing the seller of doing this as I'm sure he is legitimately just trying to sell an old, rusty Alfa - but I wonder if it has occurred to anyone that the V5, chassis plate and engine number will all be shown as a Touring bod...

First one is an Alfa 2000/2600 Sprint. I don't think anyone could be definite without seeing the bonnet. 2600 has intake - 2000 doesn't.

2nd car - not a clue. Aero-engined special though.

Jensen Interceptor FF Keith? Recognise the rocker covers I think.....

Four wheel drive, early Maxaret Anti lock braking - great car. My boss had two and ended up going to court over the second due to the paint lifting off after a few months of ownership.

Re: There are no words.....

I might be missing the joke here you two but the car on the calendar is a proper Alfa - An Alfa 4R Zagato of around 1966! It was made as a homage to the 6c 1750 (pre war) and I think only around 100 were made. Worth quite a bit now as they're rare and drive well as they're based on the 105 series 17...

Hi Josh, The person to speak to is Angela Cherrett who runs the Alfa Romeo section of the VSCC (Vintage Sports Car Club). She is an authority on all pre-war Alfas and has written books on the subject, many regarded as definitive - particularly on the 8C and 6C cars. Her address details are readily a...
