Belated thanks !!!!

Before I start twiddling random screws.... what is th proceedure to balance the carbs using a manometer ( this is a dual pipe manometer )

Have looked at various diagrams etc and am unclear with Idle screw should have one or two O rings fitted
Existing screw has O ring in groove adjacent to head. Should there be one at needle end?

1980/81. Australian import I bought a couple of years ago. Doorcards are black. Somewhat tatty and someone has applied some sort of vinyl type shiny coating to them.
