Re: Indexing.

WOW !! thanks Shrew,
I get your point about the "NOS" plugs. Hadn't thought about it that way.
I will get myself a set of NGK 's this week.
Got a few jobs to do over the winter on her.
Cheers

Re: Sud S1 air filter stickers

Hi Kev,
Can you put one aside for me please.
Looks the part, so I will have one off you.
I "bent" one for a Bertone filter on mine but a spare is worth having.
Cheers.

Re: Bank Balance

Cheers guys, I will start with a check that the belts line up the markers in the cam buckets when she is timed up (T marker on the flywheel).
Dralf1965, hopefully like yours, that will be the case as she runs but has always seemed a bit lumpy.

Bank Balance

Hi all, hoping for some pointers here. Over the winter I wanted to do a few bits on the car, one of which is to get her running a bit smoother. I have a carb service kit to fit so that should make that work as well as it can. However, I did a compression test and have uneven readings. :o Looking fro...

Well done !! that didn't take long.
It was actually named a Brigand , but bodily it was a 603 tweaked to bring it up to the '80's with "modern" bumpers and lights.

Re: The Puzzle Post!

Inside on a taxi run. I believe that fellow Nova owner Ed Straw (ex RAF Battle of Britain flight) now does the taxi runs at East Kirkby. Of course, he may share taxi duties with other pilots... He may have been the pilot when I went in it. He commented that "Just Jane" was in better condition than ...

Wow Kev, didn't know they did that at East Kirkby.
I did a taxi ride in "Just Jane" for my 40th.......... God, that was eight years ago !!
Loved to have seen all three together.
I know what you mean about a good camera, I went here yesterday for a twilight taxi.
