Really enjoyed it last year but I'm on holiday this time - hope there's a decent Sud/Sprint/33 turnout.

Sounds promising Tim, my Class C Sud (steel body, glass, control tyres, etc) back in 1997 showed 175bhp (8v) and I was down to a 1.45.1 at Cadwell so you should go well - hope you have a good start to the season.

Re: Sud S3 rear wheel arch repair panels
Hi Tim - I'm not sure if there ever were 2dr/4dr specific panels to be honest so I suspect the pair you have may have been the only ones available unless anyone knows differently? Are you open to selling yours?

Momo boss adaptor cover and S3 light surrounds
Bit of a long shot perhaps but for my Sud I'm after a Momo steering wheel boss adaptor cover - the rubber bellows part that goes over the adaptor - I've probably thrown several away years and years ago! I've fired off various emails to UK stockists but no luck so far. Also, a pair of S3/Green Clover...

Thanks both - I did reply several weeks ago with a thanks to your tip off Tim but the message seems not to be here.
Dad spoke to Dave and he does indeed want a 64mm stroke crank. I've since put the 1200 crank and heads on the dreaded Ebay - I'm sure they will go in time!

Centre console (lower) with gauges
Hi,
I'm after a centre console (lower) with gauges for my SC - I'm constantly looking for a water temperature and oil pressure that aren't there
Thanks,
Bryan.

Re: Croft - 6th/7th July
Thanks Simon. I led from the start, got the tyres warm, established a gap then backed off and kept it sensible for a finish (and win). All went to plan until the last corner of the last lap when the pinion shed it's teeth - though I had enough momentum (and time in hand) to roll over the line for th...

We are heading to Croft with the 33 this weekend - looks like we will have a few Boxsters for company in a combined grid with an ailing Porsche championship - flat 4 v flat 6!

I know these are well sought after and are actually very good in road cars as well as on track. In case anyone is currently looking for one there are two units available here (in Portugal), be quick (not my advert):- https://racecarsdirect.com/Advert/Details/101929/quaife-alfa-sud-sprint-33-torsen-lsd

Ti S3 Headlamp assemblies
Hi, Possibly a bit of a long shot but I'm after a pair of S3 Ti headlamp assemblies - backing plate, surround and lights themselves. If it came to it then not so fussy about the lights themselves! Also, a Ti lower centre console - not a major issue if the gauges are missing or don't work! Thanks, Br...

Re: Classic Alfa race cars
Nope, entirely different car. We went over to Italy and viewed the 33 16v that Andy bought and the 75 Turbo that Graham bought - both bought from Technica Racing (Drovandi) in Spring 1994. Andy's previous 33 (mentioned above) was a road car prior to becoming a Class C car. The concession to allowing...

Re: Classic Alfa race cars
Just read through the link, very interesting and amazing to see the Salmon cars being restored. I do enjoy finding out about old iconic cars, where they are and how they have ended up, even better to see them restored. Being a 33 S3 owner, I remember a pretty much std 33 1.7 16v competing in the Br...

Yes it is a common thing unfortunately, we've made our own retention tabs since rallying days back in the mid 70's.
