Well Kev you learn new things everyday. I always thought that the vic check was brought in to check repairs were done to a roadworthy level. Just to check the identity of a car seems like a huge waste of time to me and something the mot boys could have done in a jiffy.

Anyone got a damaged P4 wheel so I can take a pic of it next to a mahoosive pothole (not hard to find these days) so I can sue the council and get my bloody money back.

Just had a look on DVLA vehicle check thingamybob and it's coming up as 230 quid to tax my car. Is this correct? Last year before it came off the road I paid 185 of my hard earned.
